Se comunica a todas las familias misioneras que a partir del 01\/07\/2021, por decisi\u00f3n unilateral del MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO Y HABITAT DE LA NACION, el Instituto Provincial de Desarrollo Habitacional (IPRODHA) no llevar\u00e1 adelante EL PROGRAMA PROCREAR II \u201cCASA PROPIA\u201d COGESTION LOCAL. El mismo queda a cargo de dicho Ministerio exclusivamente, en todas sus etapas.<\/p>\n
Las familias que fueron inscriptas por el Instituto, participar\u00e1n del pr\u00f3ximo sorteo, que se realizar\u00e1 en el mes de agosto 2021, siendo incluidos como postulantes (siempre que cumplan con los requisitos del Programa y sin necesidad de realizar otro tipo de gesti\u00f3n). El Ministerio notificar\u00e1 a cada familia dicha situaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s del mail declarado oportunamente.<\/p>\n
Respecto a los turnos que fueron generados desde el 1 hasta el 13 Julio, se informa que los mismos han sido cancelados. Sin perjuicio de ello y atento a que, al momento en que las personas solicitaron dicho turno se encontraba vigente el convenio con la operatoria mencionada precedentemente, el IPRODHA ha remitido un listado al Ministerio de Desarrollo y H\u00e1bitat de la Naci\u00f3n, el cual contiene informaci\u00f3n de todas las personas que fueron dadas de baja para la inscripci\u00f3n en dicha fecha, siendo el MINISTERIO el encargado de informar y otorgar nuevos turnos seg\u00fan su procedimiento vigente.<\/p>\n
Por todo lo expuesto, se informa que el Instituto Provincial de Desarrollo Habitacional queda totalmente desvinculado del Programa COGESTION LOCAL PROCREAR II y todo lo relacionado con el mismo.
